We were just sitting down for dinner when James cut his thumb on a can and needed to be taken to the ER. It was a deep cut and took 8 stitches. He can take the great big bandage off after 24 hours, but he will have it on at church...if he feels like going. So glad we have insurance!
He said it hurt and he was scared so that's why he cried, but he came home in good spirits and was thinking up titles for his next email to John. I was scared, too, and I was sick with worry as we waited for them to come back. I'm afraid I wasn't the best company for the Grubers.
